Allow access to WSL through windows firewall

If you were in trouble in access to WSL, firstly you need to setup WSL Linux firewall via UFW, or by default no firewall.
Besides, you have to allow access though Windows firewall, use Powershell scrip bellow.

Then acces though VPN network should work.

If you want to access from public network, you need to setup your router, by providind port tunelling which tunnells for exampel port 8000 to your computer 192.168.X.X:8000.
